It was night time… The room was completely silent. Books and notes were scattered on the table. Sanjay was busy searching for study material on his phone. As he was scrolling, a WhatsApp notification popped up. A message from an unknown number: “Hello…!” Sanjay was a little surprised. “Who is this? Looks like a new number?” he thought, and opened WhatsApp. He checked the profile picture… It was a girl, her face partially covered with her hair. After thinking for a moment… “Unknown number… probably a wrong message” he thought, and ignored it without replying. After one hour… a WhatsApp notification popped up again. A message from the same number: “You saw the message but didn’t reply?” Now Sanjay felt a bit curious then he replied : “Hi… do you know me?” An instant reply came : “Yes… you are Roshan, right? My schoolmate?” Sanjay smiled and replied : “I am Sanjay. Not Roshan.” After a short gap, a reply came : “Oh… sorry. It might be a wrong number.” Sanjay was about to close the chat…...

రాత్రి సమయం… గది అంతా నిశ్శబ్దంగా ఉంది. టేబుల్ మీద పుస్తకాలు, నోట్స్ చెల్లాచెదురుగా ఉన్నాయి. సంజయ్ తన ఫోన్‌లో స్టడీ మెటీరియల్ కోసం సెర్చ్ చేస్తూ బిజీగా ఉన్నాడు. అలా ఫోన్ స్క్రోల్ చేస్తూ ఉండగా ఓక వాట్సాప్ నోటిఫికేషన్ వచ్చింది. తెలియని నంబర్ నుంచి ఒక మెసేజ్: “హలో...!” సంజయ్ కొంచెం ఆశ్చర్యపోయాడు. “ఎవరు ఇది? కొత్త నంబర్‌ లా ఉంది?” అనుకుంటూ వాట్సాప్ ఓపెన్ చేశాడు.  ప్రొఫైల్ ఫోటో చుస్తాడు ఒక అమ్మాయి తన హెయిర్‌ తో ఫేస్ కవర్ చెసిన ఫోటో ఉంటూంది.  కొంచెం ఆలోచించి… “తెలియని నంబర్… తప్పు గా వచ్చి ఉంటుంది” అనుకుని రిప్లై ఇవ్వకుండా వడిలేస్తాడు. ఒక గంట తర్వాత… మళ్లీ ఫోన్ వైబ్రేట్ అయ్యింది. అదే నంబర్ నుంచి మెసేజ్: “మెసేజ్ చూసి కూడా రిప్లై ఇవ్వడం లేదేంటి?” ఇప్పుడు సంజయ్ కి కొంచెం ఆసక్తి వచ్చింది. అతను రిప్లై చేశాడు : “హాయ్… నేను మీకు తెలుసా?” వెంటనే రిప్లై వచ్చింది: “ ఆహ్… నువ్వు రోషన్ కద… మా స్కూల్ మేట్?” సంజయ్ నవ్వుతూ టైప్ చేశాడు: “నేను సంజయ్. రోషన్ కాదు.” కొంచెం గ్యాప్ తర్వాత రిప్లై వచ్చింది: "ఓహ్... క్షమించండి... తప్పు నంబర్ అయ్యి ఉంటుంది .” సంజయ్ చాట్‌ను క్లోజ్ చేయబోతున్నాడు… కానీ కొన్ని...
