The Love Story of Kittu...

In a hospital, Prabhakar Rao was walking here and there. His wife, Bhagyalakshmi, was inside the operation theatre, crying in pregnancy pains.

After some time, a nurse came out smiling and said, "Sir... you have a boy and a girl… twins!" the nurse said.

Prabhakar was so happy. He ran inside to see his wife and babies.

Later, they all came home happily. The house was filled with joy, scattered toys, tiny crawling hands. The two babies were named Kittu and Bujji – two glowing lights in their eyes.

Some years passed…

At home, everyone used to call Krishna as "Kittu".. His sister's name was "Swetha". There was always a small fight with his twin sister Swetha.

Swetha used to say, “You are older than me!” Kittu replied, “No, you came out first!” But even in fights, they loved each other a lot.

One day, the 10th class exam results came. Swetha got A grade. But Kittu failed in three subjects.

Anger, sadness, and disappointment were clearly visible on Prabhakar Rao’s face.
This is your education? "Is this what you studied for? Even an animal is better than this!" he scolded Kittu harshly.

Mom Bhagyalakshmi tried to stop him and said, “He’s a child… don’t scold with anger, tell with love,” but Prabhakar didn’t listen.

After that incident, Kittu left home… it was 9 PM… Kittu hadn’t returned home yet. Mom was worried. Her husband, Prabhakar Rao, suggested filing a complaint at the police station.

As Prabhakar was on the way to the station, he saw a temple priest who said, “From evening your Krishna is in the temple. He didn’t speak… sat on the temple steps with his head down. Even when I said I was locking the temple, he didn’t leave….”

Dad went to the temple and saw Kittu sitting quietly. He sat near him and asked, “What happened, Kittu?”

Kittu said with tears, “Dad, I don’t understand studies. But I love animation and 3D graphics. I want to learn that!”

Dad said, "first you clear your 10th class. We’ll see after that. Now come home, Mom is waiting.” Both went home together.

Kittu wrote the 10th class exams again. The results came and this time, Kittu passed.

He went and spoke to his father about his dream.

But this time too, his father didn’t agree for the animation course. “You should complete Intermediate first. After that, I will admit you into the course,” he said.

Kittu had no choice. He said, “Okay.”

That night, mom asked dad,
Why don’t you let Kittu join animation? He is not like others. Let him do what he likes.”

Dad said, “I don’t like that silly course. If he does Intermediate and Engineering, he’ll get a job in a big company. He’ll be happy. You won’t understand all this… I’ll handle it.”

4 months passed…

In college, some friends teased Kittu. “What’s this animation course? Don’t act like a graphic guy in Intermediate college!” – They laughed at him, they hurt him with words.

That day, a small word led to a big fight. College management said, “Call your parents… or we’ll issue TC.”

Next day, parents went to college. Management gave counseling… but Prabhakar was angry on Kittu.
That night at home, angrily looking at Kittu and pointing to Swetha and shouted, “See your sister! Learn from her!”

That night, Kittu silently thought to himself:
“That’s it… from now, I’ll live as I like. I’ll do what I like…” And he remained like that…

While Kittu was enjoying life like that, one day he's father met with an accident. Doctors said he needed two months’ rest.

That accident changed Kittu’s life. Financial problems started at home. Seeing all this, Kittu couldn’t stay silent, and joined an evening part-time job. In the morning, he started delivering milk and newspapers.

Thus, Kittu began supporting the family financially. Not only that, he regularly attended college and became a class topper.

Now… more than himself, he was living for his family.

One night, his father suddenly came into Kittu’s room and sat in front of him. “Bring admission details for the animation course… let’s see what can be done,” he said.

Kittu, with a tear-filled face, said “Dad…” Dad placed his hand on Kittu’s shoulder and hugged him.

Years passed…

Kittu learned photography skills along with the animation course. With the animation skills he learned, he created a short animation movie. He was trying for direction in movies.

At the same time, discussions about Swetha’s marriage were going on at home. Prabhakar and Bhagyalakshmi spoke to Swetha about it.

Swetha said, “I love a person named Vinay.” But Prabhakar didn’t agree. Kittu already knew about Swetha’s love.

Vinay had no parents both died in an accident when he was young. He studied staying in the same college hostel as Swetha. Now he works in a consultancy company.

Kittu convinced their parents and made Swetha’s marriage with Vinay happen.

Swetha’s wedding… colorful lights… drums sound… relatives bustling.

On the reception day, Kittu was setting up the camera angle. Guests were coming on stage one after the other, congratulating Swetha and Vinay.

Just then, a girl arrived… seeing her, Kittu froze. In a blink, that girl got down from the stage. Kittu looked all over the reception hall and outside for her. But he couldn’t find her.

While searching outside, he saw the girl in the dinner hall talking to someone. Kittu immediately went there… but she walked toward the parking area. Thus, Kittu couldn’t see her again that day…

Thinking about that girl, Kittu watched all the reception photos… But that girl wasn’t visible.

No name, no place, no identity… not even a photo.

Four months passed like that. Kittu’s family went to Annavaram temple. There, his dad and Vinay were looking for rooms.

Kittu went to use a washroom nearby. Then he saw a girl at a shop. He quickly went to see her… But it wasn’t the girl he was searching for it was someone else. Disappointed, Kittu returned.

In the darshan line, Kittu thought to himself:
God… where is that girl?
Show me just once… I want to see and talk to her. Why didn’t I feel anything when I saw other girls? Why only when I saw her did I feel that spark?
Is she my love of life? Born just for me? I don’t understand. Please God, show her once…”

After the darshan, their family left for home.

At 4:30 PM, the train stopped at a railway station.
Kittu got down for a water bottle. There, unexpectedly… Kittu saw that girl again on another train!

This time, he didn’t want to miss her. He ran to see her… but by the time he reached, the train had left. She was gone again…

Back home, Kittu silently searched for her. He watched wedding videos, voice clips, candid shots. Finally, he recognized her in one photo.

In that photo, she was holding a bag with a small logo. It was a hospital’s logo.

Kittu searched for that hospital. He told his friends to help too. Finally, he found out about the hospital and went there…

He showed her photo at the hospital. “Don’t know who she is…” they said. At last, a nurse recognized her “Her name is Dr. Tanmayi… she worked as a volunteer in the psychiatry department. Now she’s gone to Delhi!” the nurse said.

Kittu asked if they had her address. “There’s a branch of this hospital in Delhi too. Go there and ask,” the nurse said.

Kittu told his family and went to Delhi.

In Delhi...

It was a big city. Kittu felt confused. He got off the train, came outside the station. A taxi driver spoke in Hindi and took him to the hospital.

As he got off the taxi at hospital… a thief stole Kittu bag and ran! Kittu chased the thief… While running fast, a car hit Kittu!

He fell on the road, bleeding from the head.
People around called the ambulance and sent him to the hospital.

Six hours later, Kittu regained consciousness.
He kept murmuring, “Tanmayi… Dr. Tanmayi…

Seeing that, a nurse called Dr. Tanmayi.
The girl Kittu had been searching for was working at the same hospital Kittu had joined!

Tanmayi came into the room… Kittu saw her and felt happy seeing the girl he had been looking for.

But… Tanmayi was shocked seeing Kittu. After treating him, she left the room…

In her mind, only one question – Why does Kittu look exactly like Amar?

Flashback…

Amar wanted to become a kickboxing champion.
Along with studies, he used to practice kickboxing.
He participated in many matches.

He used to represent his college in kickboxing.

His rival was a guy named Kaali… Kaali didn’t like Amar.
He always looked for a chance to pick a fight.

One day, during a fight, they entered the girls' hostel of the medical college. There Amar saw Tanmayi.

He immediately liked her. One day, he met Tanmayi and proposed his love. Tanmayi didn’t agree but liked Amar too. She said, “Let’s stay friends for now.”

Slowly, their friendship grew into love. Amar introduced Tanmayi to his parents. Tanmayi told her parents too. Both families accepted their love.

Two years passed…

Tanmayi became Dr. Tanmayi, a psychiatry specialist. Amar became a kickboxing champion.

Everything was happy… They decided it was time to get married. Parents agreed too.

Exactly 10 days before the wedding… Amar got a heart attack. Amar passed away.

All medical reports stated early-stage heart failure due to excessive steroid use.

Life without Amar turned Tanmayi into a lonely person. She even attempted suicide. But her parents stopped her.

The hospital she worked at said there was a 4-month volunteer program in Hyderabad.

Tanmayi’s parents and Amar’s parents said this change was necessary. That’s how Tanmayi came to Hyderabad.

One of Swetha’s friends was a doctor. Tanmayi came to Swetha’s wedding with her. That’s where Kittu saw Tanmayi…

Back to present…

Tanmayi was still in shock. She called Amar’s parents and asked them to come to the hospital.

Amar’s parents came. Tanmayi showed them Kittu. As soon as Amar’s mother saw Kittu, she hugged him and cried.

Kittu didn’t understand what was happening… Then Tanmayi calmly said through gestures, “I’m here.”

Kittu stayed silent. Two hours later, the parents left.

“Doctor said Kittu needs to stay two more days in the hospital.”

Two days later…

Tanmayi showed Amar’s photo to Kittu.

Kittu, shocked, asked – “Why is my photo with you?
Is this me? I don’t have this dress… was this photo edited?”

Then she showed a photo of Amar with Tanmayi. Kittu remained shocked, staring at the photo.

Did you know I liked you…” he asked Tanmayi.

Kittu told her about his love and his back story. Tanmayi explained about her love for Amar, that Amar was no more, and those were Amar’s parents.

Kittu understood everything.

He said, “May be God really likes giving twists! I don’t believe in love, but I came searching for you. I don’t know how I look like Amar. But I truly love you."

“You still love Amar, I know. But please take time and think. I will wait for you. One day, when you are ready, let’s get married. I will make your parents and Amar’s parents also agree.”

“I want to see you happy.I’ll speak with your parents and Amar’s parents too. I’ll do anything for that.”

Kittu also said, “I wrote a story and want to make a movie. I’ll speak to producers and shift shooting to Delhi. I’ll stay here for 6–7 months…"

During the shoot… Kittu met Tanmayi both families.
Amar’s parents were very happy seeing Kittu and everyone became happy with Kittu.

By the end of the shoot Tanmayi accepted Kittu’s love.

Finally… Kittu from Hyderabad became a Delhi son-in-law!

Happy Ending...😊
