Episode 1: Way to Bracelet
Long ago, there was a powerful emperor named Karthavaraya. He ruled his kingdom with a noble heart, always wishing for his people to live in peace and happiness. Under his rule, the kingdom prospered, and the citizens lived joyful lives.
He had only one son, Prince Ranapratap a brave young man, well-educated and highly skilled in weapons and warfare. He was known for his courage and strength in battle.
One day, while the emperor was holding a meeting with his ministers in the royal court, something shocking happened he suddenly collapsed. Though he was still breathing, he lay completely still, not responding to anyone like he was stuck between life and death.
This unexpected event threw the entire kingdom into sad. Panic and whispers spread like wildfire. “What happened to the emperor?” "Is this some kind of curse?” people began to wonder.
Royal doctors, priests, and sages were called, but no one could explain what had happened to him. And then things got worse…
The rains suddenly stopped. The fields dried up. Famine began to spread. And before the kingdom could recover, news of the emperor’s illness reached a nearby rival kingdom and they started preparing for war.
In this dire situation, Prince Ranapratap, determined to save his father, performs a sacred fire ritual (Homam) in the temple of Lord Mahadev, under the guidance of the royal gurus.
As the ritual progresses, the skies grow darker. Strange sounds echo through the air. At that moment, a mysterious sage appears before the prince and speaks:
“In the eastern hills, inside a temple of Lord Shiva, lies a divine bracelet (Kadiyam) with magical powers. If this is placed on the emperor, he will return to his original state.”
Saying this, the sage disappeared into thin air!
With great courage, Prince Ranapratap sets out on a journey to retrieve the bracelet.
His path is in thick forests, deep valleys, and dangerous terrain.
At one point, as he enters a dark misty swamp, he is suddenly surrounded by wild forest tribes.
They appear fierce, masked, and armed full of rage.
A brutal battle breaks out. Ranapratap skillfully wields his sword, fighting them off. He wounds one, defeats another...
Eventually, the prince finds himself trapped in a narrow cave blocked by huge boulders and snakes.
With his bravery and battle prowess, he pushes forward and finally reaches the temple of Lord Shiva...
